The dramatic rise of RV parks presents an extraordinary opportunity for investors. While private RV parks inherently leave a lighter environmental footprint than traditional real estate developments due to smaller-scale infrastructure needs and lower resource consumption, they can be easily upgraded to incorporate green technologies such as solar energy and water recycling.
